We are pleased to inform you that Pakzon students now have the opportunity to access the TradeGate Warehouse Portal and place product orders directly from their own accounts. Please carefully follow the steps below to register and gain access.

🔐 How to Sign Up & Get Warehouse Access:

1. Visit the Portal:

2. Register as a Student:

3. Complete the Registration Form:

   Fill in all the required fields with accurate and valid details.

Upload the following required documents:

   📄 Required Documents:

   ✅ Passport-size photo  

   ✅ National ID (Emirates ID / National Identity Card)  

   ✅ Passport copy  

   ✅ Academy Payment Slip or Invoice (from Pakzon Academy)  

   ✅ Store Name and Logo (if applicable)

These documents are necessary to verify your student status and to help our support team approve your account quickly and smoothly.

4. Approval Process:

   The TradeGate Warehouse Support Team will review your application during 

   Office hours:  

   10:00 AM to 7:00 PM 

   (Sunday to Saturday)

✅ If all documents are valid and complete, your account will be approved on the same day.

✅ If any documents are missing or incorrect, your application may be Rejected, and you will be notified via SMS and email.

5. After Approval – How to Use the Warehouse Portal:

1. Login to Your Account:

2. Access the Warehouse Section:  

   Navigate from the left-side menu to:  

   Product Management > Warehouse Management

3. Place Orders:

   ✅ View all available products in the warehouse.

   ✅ Place orders directly using the POS system and receive your invoice instantly.
